Tom Carson was the Asst. Service Manager that wrote up a frame replacement for my Tacoma and also directed the approach to resolving my complaint and the subject of a Toyota letter concerning driveline vibration on certain models of the Tacoma. Both issues were handled in a very professional manner... and the work accomplished successfully and in a timely fashion. Kudos also to Todd, the service technician that effectively addressed the driveline issues. He took the time to listen to my complaint, take a test drive and methodically address and resolve the problem.Show more

Brought car in for the "Toyota care maintenance" for an oil change and alignment. I was greeted by a very very friendly Ariel Sallemi., She totally explained the procedure, and also stated that if I did not need the alignment (after checking it) I would only be charged a small amount for the check...ing. The car was ready to go in about an hour and a half. She came out to the waiting room, with a big smile, and went over the entire service, especially the alignment, which I was told was badly needed. She showed me the diagrams on each tire that were misaligned. The car ran perfectly on the way home. I cannot say enough good things about this terrific dealership. I live in Haverhill Ma. and feel it is worth it coming to this dealership for their excellent service dept.Show more

I called the dealership for an appointment and I was there in a half hour. Ariell was fantastic; friendly and knowledgeable. Service was done and I was out of there in less than an hour. I have been going to Hurlbert in Epping for 5 years and will continue to do so. Thanks again, Mary-Ann

I will start by saying I did not purchase my Tacoma from Hurlbert. Every dealership will maintain that when it comes to service or warranty work , it doesn't matter where you purchased your vehicle. This is simply not true. Dealerships will , and to a certain extent, should offer preferential treat...ment to their own customers . However, this appears to not be the case here at Hurlbert.
I turned to Hurlbert after realizing the gargantuan mistake of purchasing my Tacoma from Toyota of Nashua. I can safely say that from start to finish , a complete disaster . I purchased TWO Tacomas in three months and paid cash . I can not begin to explain the pain and suffering they brought on my family and I for 5 months .
So to Hurlbert I turned. Why I didn't buy from these people in the first place I will regret until the end of my days.
From making an appointment , to the personal and comfortable exchanges with Doug in service , I'm sold . My next vehicle is coming from Hurlbert.
I want to add that I have worked for dealerships for a over 15 years . I sold cars, managed two Service departments and also worked on vehicles. People need to understand the complexities of operating a dealership.
If they did , I'm sure a huge percentage of these negative reviews would not exist .
Given these complexities, I gave Hurlbert five stars , not because they are perfect, that is impossible, more because I can recognize the genuine effort they put in to be as perfect as they can be.
I appreciate that the repair my vehicle needs is not a common repair and has its own set of obstacles , but Hurlbert is shining bright and addressing it with professionalism.
What more could one ask ??Show more

I have used Hurlbert Toyota for more than 20 years. Their service hasalwasy be great. In my last visit, they needed to replace my battery. They replaced my battery in a very timely basis. I worked with Thomas Carlson who always does a great job. Thanks Tom!

I was in on Saturday 12/23/2017... Worked with a gentalmen in sales named Cody.. I saw a truck that I liked online but do to my own fault I didn’t realize that it was only 2wd... Long story short Cody found a truck that fit everything I was looking for and then some... I got to work with Gene for ...financing.. He is awesome at what he does... Went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and left with that truck... Big thumbs up to the two of them and the rest of the awesome team there!!!Show more

Waiting for another dealer to do the airbag recall. Waited 1 year for the other dealer to call me to schedule the air bag recall. Got a flyer in the mail from Hurlbert. I called them. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and very courteous. She checked the stock for the parts and... then scheduled me for the same week, even though I did not buy the car there. I brought the car in and the work was done very quickly, got the car back that afternoon. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to bring my car back there again. My next auto purchase, I will definitely be going to Hurlbert. Great job service department. Thank you!Show more

Have had several Toyotas in the past, and was very pleased to buy a new one at Hurlbert! Easy experience getting the RAV4 I wanted - John and Gene answered all my questions and made it all a smooth process. Great team - great Christmas gift for myself!
